What To Expect During The Season

With the Fall being the mark of new shows, the continuation of some of our past favorite shows, and the marking of a new season, and great new comedies, actions, romance, and great drama on TV, during this fall season on ABC, some of the favored shows are returning to TV, and promising to bring the drama with them. One of the best shows on ABC, and the most popular Grey’s Anatomy, is supposedly coming to an end, if not this season, very soon. As many of the main characters claim it will be their last season, we can expect plenty of drama, and maybe a closing to many character lines on the show.

Other shows such as Private Practice, which is another in the series from the creator of Grey’s is also heating up, and with the introduction of Benjamin Bratt, we can expect new relationships, new and more drama, and a great season up ahead. There are many other series which have just been added to the station, and many new characters we can expect to see. So, whatever shows you love, they are coming up, and promising to bring the drama we are hoping for in our favorite series.

An Exclusive Look Into The New Episode(s)

“Brothers and Sisters” is an ABC television drama about the Walker family who live in Pasadena, California. The successful series began on September 24, 2006, and the last episode was shown on May 8, 2011 at the end of the fifth season.

Sally Field plays the mother, Nora Walker. Because of her talented acting in the series, she received a Primetime Emmy Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award. Rachael Griffiths who plays Sarah Laurent, the daughter of Nora Walker and Nick Brody, was nominated twice for the Primetime Emmy Awards and the Golden Globe Award. Kitty Walker portrayed by Calista Flockhart is the daughter of Nora Walker and William Walker. The brothers are Tommy (played by Getty Balthazor), Kevin (played by Matthew Rhys), and Justin (played by Dave Annable) Walker.

The adult children gather together after the death of their father, William Walker to run their father’s business–Ojai Foods. With the death of the father, many of his secrets are revealed. It is discovered that he had a mistress, Holly Harper and a daughter Rebecca Harper. The series revolves around the adult siblings problems and the difficulties of Norah Walker, the mother.The information doesn’t stop now. A Closer Look At Each Character Of The Show

Nora Walker
Nora is the head of the Walker family. She was widowed by her husband William Walker and has five children. She also has two son-in-laws and seven grandchildren. She is employed as the head of a cancer clinic.

Tommy Walker
Tommy is Nora and William’s third child. He worked for many years at Ojai Foods with his father and uncle. He now is the financial manager of a baseball team. Tommy has one child, a daughter named Elizabeth.

Kevin Walker
Kevin is Nora’s fourth child and a pro-bono lawyer. He is in a committed relationship with a man named Scotty and has one biological child, from donating his sperm to his brother Tommy.

Justin Walker
Justin is the youngest child and a war veteran. He is the “black sheep” of the family and has suffered with drug problems and post traumatic stress disorder.

Katherine “Kitty” Walker
Kitty is Nora and William’s first child together. She lived in New York City for some time, eventually moving to Los Angles for her career. She marries senator Robert McCallister. Kitty becomes pregnant but it ends in a miscarriage. She is later diagnosed with lymphoma.

Sarah Laurent
Sarah is the first child born to Nora but she does not share a father with the rest of her siblings. She is the CEO of Ojai Foods and has two children. She meets a man named Luc during a summer in France and they are later married.

TV is a popular medium for many and there are behind the scenes activities you normally won’t see. Actors and actresses usually rehearse their lines for an uncoming scene or may be discussing how to improve the character(s) they are playing. They may be planning a different approach or growth to make the show or character seem more interesting or even go in another direction.
Behind the scenes the actors could be playing games like monopoly or scrabble to keep their mind busy and take a “break” from the norm. Or they could be trying to improve an upcoming scene, dialogue or the outfits. The actor or actress might be making calls home to stay in touch with family and friends.
Other behind the scenes actitivies are discussing the characters and plots that will make the show more interesting and keep the audience watching. Because this is the way they make their living, it will be important to add their own special touch to whatever scene or character they are portraying.
